This Interval Training Programme is a two night per week, nine week course designed to develop acceleration, speed, and endurance. All Intervals are run at either FULL SPEED (flat out) or at FAST SPEED (75% to 85% of maximum effort) with a brisk walk and/or jog back to the start. Alternate starting foot with each run. The program is run at different times during the year - and completed at least one month before any tournament.

Depending on the time of the year, the club makes use of a variety of facilities around Hong Kong. When available, we make lots of use of the Happy Valley rugby pitch. Most of the picthes are reachable within 20 minutes from central or kowloon. There is a HK$20 sub for every training session that you attend to cover pitch hire costs.
Showers and changing facilities are located at each location. As always, take care of your valuables.
